Ms._Reynolds_provides _a_variety of legal services to small and medium sized businesses, including business planning, corporate governance, tax planning, real estate and leasing transactions and contract drafting and review.
She works closely with her clients to help them accomplish their business objectives. Additionally, Ms. Reynolds provides legal counsel for captive insurance company planning and regulation.
Ms. Reynolds also routinely assists nonprofit organizations, large and small, including public charities, private foundations and homeowners associations. Her work includes formations, obtaining federal tax exempt status, reorganizations, federal and state compliance and tax matters.
In addition to helping with the legal needs of charitable organizations, she devotes her personal time to nonprofits. Ms. Reynolds currently serves on the Board of Directors of Interplay Child Care Center, a child daycare facility in Swissvale. She is also a member of the Pittsburgh Rotary Club and is actively involved with Steel City Squash, an academic and athletic youth program that provides opportunities to children in underserved areas of Pittsburgh through education, mentoring, community service and the sport of squash.
Ms. Reynolds obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Rochester and her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. As a graduate of Avonworth High School, born and raised in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, she understands and appreciates the evolving needs of local businesses.
Ms. Reynolds is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association, including the Women in Law and the Young Lawyers divisions.
