She is experienced in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (focusing on harassment/discrimination with respect to age, gender, race, ethnicity, and religion), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. She counsels her clients relating to employee contracts, performance management, compensation, retention, and force reduction processes.
