Chadd C. Colin
Chadd joins Morella & Associates as Senior Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group. He represents and counsels small and large businesses, non-profit organizations, and financial institutions on general corporate and commercial matters, in connection with both transactions and disputes. He serves as general legal counsel to his clients and advises them on a variety of day-to-day legal matters including commercial contracts, commercial lending and borrowing, employment matters, real property rights, credit and collections, intellectual property, and general liability issues. Chadd has tried numerous cases to verdict and has appeared and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court several times.
At Morella & Associates, Chadd will increase his focus on the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Chadd attended law school at Drexel University, graduating in 2009, where he served as Commencement Speaker for the Inaugural Class of the law school. He also has two Bachelor’s degrees from Penn State (2006).
Chadd is the President of the Three Rivers Chapter of BNI and an active parishioner at St. Catherine of Sweden Church in Hampton Township.
Chadd recently retired after 18 years as a hockey official at the professional, collegiate, major-junior, interscholastic, and amateur levels. He now volunteers as a youth hockey coach for the Pittsburgh Penguins Mite Development League and a youth baseball coach for the McCandless Athletic Association and the Ingomar-Franklin Park Little League.
