Our corporate group regularly handles all aspects of the real estate leasing and sales processes. We represent buyers and sellers in drafting and negotiating purchase contracts, residential and commercial leases, and project development agreements, including planned community and condominium development. We have also represented lenders and borrowers in financial transactions relating to the acquisition of commercial and residential property.

Additionally, the firm has experience with land use matters, including zoning and subdivision and oil and gas leases, as well as real estate taxation matters, including obtaining tax deductions for commercial and residential developments.
