Dean R. Phillips

Dean concentrates his practice in the Litigation and Corporate Business Representation practice groups.

Dean assists clients with entity formation, contract drafting, trademark filings and disputes, and corporate transactions. Dean also represents clients in commercial disputes through all stages of the litigation process.

Dean graduated from Allegheny College in 2019 (B.A. in History, cum laude) and earned his J.D. in 2022 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, Dean served as Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and received a Faculty Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship upon graduation.

Dean is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
