As the principal Partner of Morella & Associates, Jeffrey J. Morella has a strong background in taxation, corporate, and estate law.
Jeffrey concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, corporate tax planning, and assisting small-to-medium sized business with general corporate matters. He has expertise in formation and capitalization, business combinations, labor and employment, and succession planning.

As an experienced attorney and business owner himself, Jeffrey understands these issues and the many challenges business owners face. Jeffrey is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.), and a 1983 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.A. in Speech Rhetoric, Communications and Writing, cum laude).
