Sherry W. Murray

Sherry W. Murray is Of Counsel to Morella & Associates where she specializes in employment law and human resources consultation.

Sherry is a 1979 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville (J.D.), where she was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Family Law, and a 1972 graduate of Denison University (B.A. in English and Psychology).

Sherry is experienced in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (focusing on harassment/discrimination with respect to age, gender, race, ethnicity, and religion), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. She counsels her clients relating to employee contracts, performance management, compensation, retention, and force reduction processes. Sherry has represented both plaintiffs and employers in hearings with the PHRC and EEOC, and has successfully negotiated labor agreements with the USWA, the UAW, the IUE and the IAM.
