The potential candidate should possess experience in corporate and business law, negotiating commercial transactions and contracts, financing of real and personal property. Candidate should have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and should have a willingness to work with a group of attorneys to maximize the legal experience and the services provided to the firm’s clients.
